Project Socks explores the humble sock as a textile design object. With the aim to establish a fresh perspective on socks, through various formal experiments, an in-depth design process and a celebration of the sock as an element of craftsmanship, design and cultural history.

​

The project is made in collaboration with the French/Danish accessory brand Épice, the Danish sock manufacturer mp denmark, local knitters from Mid-Jutland and the Textile Museum in Herning (Mid-Jutland), Denmark.

​

The project has been exhibited in the fall 2018 at the Textile Museum.
